When login failed despite entering the correct user ID and password, PostgresSQL on Vex may not be running properly.
Follow the steps below to see if the problem improves.
1.Open the "Services" list in the "Administration Menu" on the server terminal where Vex is installed.
(Ex of Windows 10)
To open "Administration Menu", right-click on the start menu at the bottom left of the screen and select "Computer Management" and then choose "Services" under "Services and Applications".
2. Open the "vex_postgres" property in the service list.
3. When the status is "Stop", set it to "Start".
*When "Automatic" is not set in "Startup Type", set it to "Automatic".
When the status has already been "Start", or the problem still continues after setting the above, there may be a different cause. Contact the support desk and provide us with the Vex log file.
