When an error message "Failed to create the report" appears by clicking "Create report / Download", try the following actions to solve the problem.
1.Restart Vex
Restart Vex by the Vex controller and create the report again.

2. Check anti-virus software
If anti-virus software is running in your environment, you may not be able to install or update Vex properly since a particular file is recognized as a malicious file.
Vex may have failed to create the report since files required for creating a report were missing due to the above.

If anti-virus software is running in your environment, check the anti-virus software's log obtained when you install/update Vex.
And when you can recognize that Vex was detected as a virus and it has been quarantined (deleted), try the following steps and see if the problem is solved.

1. Stop the security software
2. Execute the Vex installer (the version you have been using) with administrator privileges.
3. Update
*The damaged files will be replaced with new ones by re-installation.
4. When the update is completed, click the "Create a report / Download" button of the scan report (Word) in a project to check if the problem is resolved.
